1. Purpose of this site

This site describes the services of Saniprof and offers a tool that sizes a project and generates a pre-quote.

2. A pre-quote is not a binding offer

The result of the quoting tool is an indicative sizing based on published reference criteria. It carries no prices and does not constitute a commercial offer, a reservation of units or a contract. The formal quote is issued by a Saniprof specialist and it alone is binding, under the terms and validity stated in it.

3. Accuracy of the information

Capacities, measurements and models come from the Saniprof 2026 catalogue. Availability depends on the date, the location and the fleet at the time of the request.

4. Intellectual property

The brand, the logo, the photographs and the texts on this site belong to Saniprof and may not be reproduced without written authorisation.

5. Liability

The pre-quote is indicative sizing and carries no price. Only the formal quotation issued by Saniprof sets scope, quantities and commercial terms; Saniprof is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the pre-quote or of the information on this site.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of the State of Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
